This website is operated by Miami Custom Depot. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Miami Custom Depot. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Online Store Terms

By using this site, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or using the site with permission of a parent/guardian
  • You will not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • You will not violate any laws in your jurisdiction

A breach of these terms may result in immediate termination of services.

2. Custom Orders & Final Sale Policy

Miami Custom Depot specializes in custom and made-to-order products.

  • All custom and personalized items are final sale
  • No refunds or returns are offered on custom apparel once production begins

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Custom items cannot be resold
  • You accept responsibility for your design, selections, and approvals

3. Design Approval & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before production, including:

  • Artwork and design
  • Spelling and grammar
  • Size and placement
  • Product selection

Once a design proof is approved, Miami Custom Depot is not liable for customer-approved errors.

4. Product Accuracy & Colors

We strive to display product colors and images as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences and printing processes
  • Mockups are for visual reference only

Minor variations are not considered defects.

5. Errors, Defects & Resolution

If an error is caused by Miami Custom Depot, we will:

  • Offer a reprint or
  • Issue store credit

Claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery with photo evidence.

We do not provide cash refunds for custom items.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in USD
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Full or partial payment (deposit) may be required before production

Orders will not enter production until payment is received.

7. Production & Shipping

Typical timelines:

  • Production: 3–7 business days after approval
  • Shipping: 3–5 business days

Miami Custom Depot is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Lost packages due to incorrect addresses

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders may only be modified or canceled before production begins
  • Once production starts, orders cannot be changed or canceled

9. Intellectual Property & Design Use

By submitting artwork or designs, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights or have permission to use the content
  • The design does not infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or third-party rights

Miami Custom Depot reserves the right to refuse any order that may violate intellectual property laws.

We are not responsible for unauthorized use of copyrighted materials submitted by customers.

10. Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse service for designs that include:

  • Hate speech or discriminatory content
  • Illegal or offensive material
  • Content that violates intellectual property rights

11. Limitation of Liability

Miami Custom Depot shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business interruption
  • Customer errors in submitted designs or approvals

Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

12. Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks for valid, delivered orders will be disputed
  • Clear documentation (proofs, approvals, delivery confirmation) will be used in disputes

13. Privacy

Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page.
