Miami Custom Depot Inc.
Last Updated: August 10, 2026

Miami Custom Depot Inc. (“Miami Custom Depot,” “Custom Depot,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) specializes in custom printed, embroidered, personalized, and made-to-order products.

Because custom merchandise is produced specifically according to each customer's selections and approved artwork, customers should carefully review all order details before submitting payment or approving production.

By placing a custom order with Miami Custom Depot, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Custom Products Are Made to Order

Custom products are manufactured, printed, embroidered, decorated, or personalized specifically for you.

This may include:

  • T-shirts

  • Polos

  • Hoodies and sweatshirts

  • Workwear and uniforms

  • Safety apparel

  • Hats

  • Birthday and event shirts

  • Group apparel

  • Tote bags

  • Mugs

  • Tumblers

  • Promotional products

  • Embroidered merchandise

  • Sublimated products

  • DTF and specialty printed products

  • Other personalized merchandise

Because these products are made to order, customized merchandise is generally final sale unless there is a verified production error or product defect.

2. Review Your Order Carefully

Before submitting or approving an order, customers are responsible for confirming:

  • Product style

  • Product color

  • Sizes

  • Quantities

  • Artwork

  • Spelling

  • Names

  • Dates

  • Numbers

  • Print location

  • Decoration method

  • Personalization

  • Shipping or pickup information

Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

3. Artwork Proof Approval

When Miami Custom Depot provides an artwork proof, the customer is responsible for reviewing it carefully.

Approval of the proof means you authorize Miami Custom Depot to produce the order according to the approved artwork.

Please check all:

SPELLING • NAMES • NUMBERS • DATES • COLORS • ARTWORK • LAYOUT • PRINT LOCATIONS • PERSONALIZATION

Miami Custom Depot is generally not responsible for customer-approved errors that were visible on the approved proof.

4. Digital Proofs Are Representations

Digital mockups and proofs are intended to provide a visual representation of the finished product.

The actual product may vary slightly from the digital representation.

Differences can occur because of:

  • Monitor and phone displays

  • Lighting

  • Garment material

  • Garment color

  • Printing method

  • Ink or transfer materials

  • Embroidery thread

  • Product shape

  • Manufacturing variations

Digital proofs should not be considered guarantees of exact physical color, scale, or placement unless specifically agreed otherwise.

5. Print and Embroidery Placement

Custom products are produced using both manual and mechanical processes.

Minor variations in print or embroidery placement, alignment, dimensions, texture, color, and appearance may occur between individual products.

Reasonable production variations are normal and are not considered defects.

6. Garment Colors and Sizes

Garment colors shown online may differ slightly from actual merchandise.

Different production lots may also have minor shade variations.

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size.

Manufacturer size charts should be reviewed before ordering. Customized garments generally cannot be exchanged because the customer selected an incorrect size or because the garment fits differently than expected.

7. Customer-Supplied Artwork

Customers are responsible for ensuring that artwork submitted to Miami Custom Depot is accurate, appropriate for production, and legally authorized for reproduction.

The quality of the finished print depends partly on the quality of the original artwork.

Low-resolution or poor-quality artwork may result in:

  • Pixelation

  • Blurry edges

  • Reduced detail

  • Color differences

  • Other print-quality limitations

When possible, Miami Custom Depot may recommend artwork improvements before production.

8. Copyright and Trademark Responsibility

By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, characters, trademarks, or other content, you represent that you own the necessary rights or have permission to reproduce that content.

Miami Custom Depot reserves the right to refuse artwork that we reasonably believe may violate copyright, trademark, or other applicable laws.

Additional requirements are described in our Artwork, Copyright & Trademark Policy.

9. Customer-Supplied Garments

Miami Custom Depot may accept customer-supplied garments or products for decoration at our discretion.

Printing, embroidery, heat application, sublimation, engraving, and other customization methods involve inherent production risks.

Customers should not submit irreplaceable, sentimental, vintage, rare, or unusually valuable merchandise unless the production risks have been discussed beforehand.

10. Product Availability

Garment styles, colors, sizes, and other products are subject to supplier availability.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, Miami Custom Depot may contact you to discuss an appropriate alternative, such as:

  • Comparable product

  • Different color

  • Different style

  • Revised completion date

  • Refund of the unavailable item when appropriate

A materially different substitution will not knowingly be made without customer approval.

11. Production Time

Standard production is generally estimated at approximately:

5–7 business days

Production time begins after all required:

  • Payments or deposits

  • Order details

  • Artwork

  • Personalization information

  • Proof approvals

have been received.

Production estimates may vary based on order size, inventory, decoration method, specialty materials, and production volume.

Shipping time is additional.

12. Rush Orders

Rush production may be available for qualifying orders for an additional fee.

Rush availability depends on inventory, artwork readiness, quantity, decoration method, and current production capacity.

Rush production accelerates the production portion of the order and does not automatically include expedited shipping.

13. Event Dates

Customers ordering merchandise for birthdays, graduations, business events, family reunions, school functions, church events, vacations, sporting events, or other date-specific occasions should provide the event date when ordering.

Customers are encouraged to order well in advance.

An event date does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date unless Miami Custom Depot specifically confirms the deadline in writing.

14. Changes and Cancellations

Contact Miami Custom Depot immediately if you need to modify or cancel an order.

Once merchandise has been specially ordered, artwork prepared, transfers produced, embroidery digitized, production capacity reserved, or customization begun, some or all charges may become non-refundable.

Once customization begins, the custom portion of the order is generally non-cancellable.

Please review our Cancellation Policy for complete details.

15. Returns and Refunds

Customized merchandise is generally final sale.

Returns or exchanges are generally not available for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected by customer

  • Customer-approved artwork errors

  • Customer-selected colors

  • Incorrect personalization supplied or approved by customer

  • Event cancellation

  • Merchandise no longer being needed

If Miami Custom Depot makes a verified production error, we will review the affected merchandise and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:

Correction • Reprint • Replacement • Store Credit • Other appropriate remedy

Please review our Refund & Custom Product Policy for complete details.

16. Inspect Your Order

Customers should inspect merchandise promptly after pickup or delivery.

If you believe there is a production error or defect, contact Miami Custom Depot promptly and provide:

  • Order or invoice number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs

  • Quantity affected

Please retain the merchandise while the issue is being reviewed.

17. Care Instructions

Decorated garments and products should be cared for according to the applicable product and decoration instructions.

Damage resulting from improper washing, drying, bleaching, ironing, excessive heat, misuse, or failure to follow applicable care instructions is not considered a production defect.

18. Agreement to Custom Production

By submitting payment, approving artwork, or otherwise authorizing Miami Custom Depot to begin production, you confirm that:

You have reviewed your order information and authorize Miami Custom Depot to produce the merchandise according to the approved specifications.

You also acknowledge that customized merchandise is generally final sale and that reasonable variations inherent to custom production may occur.
